These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and FixCancer.org. Accessing the site, submitting an intake request, or communicating with the intake team constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.
FixCancer.org reserves the right to modify these terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
02 Eligibility
The site is intended for adults age 18 or older, parents and legal guardians acting on behalf of minor patients, and qualified healthcare professionals. By using the site, you represent that you meet one of these descriptions.
03 Permitted use
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes consistent with these terms and the regulatory disclosures at /regulatory.html. Prohibited activities include the following.
- Attempting to access portions of the site or back-end systems not intentionally made available
- Scraping, harvesting, or extracting site content beyond standard search-engine indexing
- Co-branding, framing, or republishing site content without prior written permission
- Submitting false patient information or impersonating a clinician
- Interfering with site availability, security, or other users' access
- Using the site to send unsolicited commercial communication
- Submitting protected health information of a third party without lawful authority
04 Intellectual property
Site content, including text, graphics, layouts, logos, and the FixCancers wordmark, is the property of FixCancer.org or its licensors. Cross-references to FixCancer.org reflect editorial coordination and do not transfer intellectual property rights between the two sites.
No license to copy, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works is granted by access to the site. Standard browser caching, search-engine indexing, and personal reference printing are permitted.
05 Third-party links and resources
The site includes links to government regulatory portals, clinical-trial registries, partner clinic sites, and other independent resources. FixCancer.org does not control these external sites and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of their content. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement of the linked party or its services.

07 Disclaimer of warranties

FixCancer.org disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. FixCancer.org does not warrant that the site, its servers, or any linked third-party site is free of viruses, defects, or harmful components.
Cancer outcomes vary individually. Nothing on this site is a guarantee, warranty, or promise of any clinical result.
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixCancer.org and its operators, contributors, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from access to or use of the site, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible loss. Total aggregate liability for any direct damages arising under these terms is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the foregoing limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by local law.
09 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FixCancer.org and its operators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, your submission of false information, or your use of the site in violation of applicable law.
10 Termination of access
FixCancer.org reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct inconsistent with these terms or with applicable law. Termination does not relieve you of any obligation accrued before termination.
11 Governing law and venue
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or use of the site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
For users accessing the site from outside the United States, these terms remain enforceable as a matter of contract. International users are responsible for compliance with applicable local law.
12 International access
The site is published in English. No representation is made that site content is appropriate for use outside the United States. Users accessing the site from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law. Translation features provided through third-party services are best-effort and do not constitute professional translation.
13 Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14 Entire agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the regulatory disclosures at /regulatory.html, the privacy policy at /privacy.html, and any written engagement letter executed with a partner clinic, constitute the entire agreement between you and FixCancer.org with respect to your access to and use of the site.
